1. Bank Transfer (Local & International)

Secure bank transfers are the most common method for property purchases in Dubai. We accept both local AED transfers and international wire transfers in USD, EUR, GBP, and other major currencies. SWIFT instructions are provided upon request.


2. Developer Installment Plans

Many properties listed on SBRE come with flexible installment payment plans directly from developers. These typically include:

  • 10-20% down payment
  • Installments during construction (e.g., 30-50%)
  • Final payment upon handover
No interest is usually applied, and approval is straightforward.


3. Mortgage Financing

We collaborate with leading banks in the UAE to offer mortgage options for eligible buyers, including:

  • Up to 80% financing for UAE residents
  • Up to 50% financing for non-residents
  • Tenure up to 25 years
  • Fixed or variable interest rates
Our consultants will assist you through pre-approval and documentation.


4. Post-Handover Payment Plans

Some developers offer post-handover plans, allowing you to pay a portion of the property value even after moving in—ideal for buyers seeking cash flow flexibility.


5. Cash Payments

For select projects and ready properties, cash payments are accepted. A secure transaction is facilitated through escrow accounts regulated by the Dubai Land Department (DLD).


6. Cheque Payments (for Rentals or Short-Term Purchases)

Multiple post-dated cheques are common in the rental market and for some resale properties. We ensure all cheque-based transactions are legally documented.


7. Cryptocurrency (Selected Projects)

For innovative investors, we facilitate crypto-based payments (Bitcoin, Ethereum) for selected off-plan projects. Compliance with DLD regulations and proper conversion channels are guaranteed.
